Eligibility<\/h2>\r\n <p>The Platform is intended for persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are under the age required by law in your jurisdiction to form such contracts you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements in your jurisdiction.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"registration\">\r\n <h2>4. Registration & Login<\/h2>\r\n <p>Certain features of the Platform require registration. User Obligations & Representations<\/h2>\r\n <p>By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.<\/li>\r\n <li>All information you provide is accurate, complete and up-to-date.<\/li>\r\n <li>You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Platform.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <p>You agree not to misuse the Platform or help anyone else do so. Ownership of Materials<\/h2>\r\n <p>All Content on the Platform \u2014 including layouts, design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, software and all other materials \u2014 are the property of College Disha or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print limited portions of the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.<\/p>\r\n <p>You must not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works from, republish, download, display or post any Content on the Platform for public or commercial purposes without College Disha's prior written consent.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"prohibited\">\r\n <h2>7. Prohibited Uses<\/h2>\r\n <p>You agree not to use the Platform to:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>Publish or distribute any information that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;<\/li>\r\n <li>Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or disable the Platform;<\/li>\r\n <li>Collect or store personal data about other users except as permitted by the Platform;<\/li>\r\n <li>Use the Platform to solicit or advertise any goods or services without prior authorization;<\/li>\r\n <li>Violate the rights of College Disha, other users, or third parties.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"application-form\">\r\n <h2>8. Application Form, Admissions & College Interfaces<\/h2>\r\n <p>The Platform may allow you to apply to colleges and partner institutions using online application forms and related services. You acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of any application data; College Disha is not responsible for errors or omissions you make in application forms.<\/li>\r\n <li>Admission decisions are made solely by the partner colleges\/institutions; College Disha does not guarantee admission.<\/li>\r\n <li>Where document uploads are required you must ensure files are accurate, legible and complete; incorrect or missing documentation may lead to rejection by the partner institution.<\/li>\r\n <li>You will retain all reference IDs, transaction IDs and receipts provided during application and payment for future reference.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <p>College Disha may charge fees for application support, convenience charges, or other service fees, which will be disclosed prior to purchase. College Disha reserves the right to modify its fee schedule.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"fees-refund\">\r\n <h2>9. Fees, Payments & Refunds<\/h2>\r\n <p>Payments for services on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment you agree to the payment gateway's terms and conditions. College Disha is not responsible for payment gateway failures, delays or errors.<\/p>\r\n <p><strong>Refunds:<\/strong> Refunds (if any) will be governed by College Disha's Refund Policy available at <a href=\"\/refund-policy\">\/refund-policy<\/a>. Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, partner institution rules, and timing. College Disha reserves the right to adjust fees and to determine refunds in its sole discretion consistent with applicable laws.<\/p>\r\n <p>You must keep your transaction ID and payment receipt safe; College Disha may request these when processing refund or dispute claims.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"links\">\r\n <h2>10. Links to Other Sites<\/h2>\r\n <p>The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by College Disha. We provide such links for convenience only. College Disha is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or legality of any third-party site. Please review the terms and privacy policies of third-party sites before using them.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"warranty\">\r\n <h2>11. Disclaimer of Warranty<\/h2>\r\n <p>THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED \"AS IS\" AND \"AS AVAILABLE\" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.<\/p>\r\n <p>COLLEGE DISHA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"liability\">\r\n <h2>12. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\r\n <p>TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLEGE DISHA, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.<\/p>\r\n <p>IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF COLLEGE DISHA FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO COLLEGE DISHA IN THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"indemnity\">\r\n <h2>13. Indemnity<\/h2>\r\n <p>You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless College Disha, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees) arising out of or relating to:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>Your use of the Platform;<\/li>\r\n <li>Your breach of these Terms;<\/li>\r\n <li>Your violation of any third-party rights;<\/li>\r\n <li>Your violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations; or<\/li>\r\n <li>Claims resulting from your submissions, reviews or content on the Platform.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"contest-scholarship\">\r\n <h2>14. Contests, Scholarships & Promotions<\/h2>\r\n <p>From time to time we may run contests, offers, scholarships or promotions (\u201c<strong>Promotions<\/strong>\u201d) on the Platform. Each Promotion will be subject to additional terms which will be posted with the Promotion details.<\/p>\r\n <p>Unless otherwise specified, Promotion rules include but are not limited to:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>Eligibility criteria (e.g., age, residency, enrollment through our Platform).<\/li>\r\n <li>How winners are selected and notified.<\/li>\r\n <li>Documentation and verification requirements.<\/li>\r\n <li>Prize delivery terms and conditions, including non-transferability and tax responsibilities.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <p>College Disha reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any Promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice. Where Promotions involve personal data, use and disclosure will be governed by our <a href=\"\/privacy-policy\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h3>14.1 Scholarship Terms (Example)<\/h3>\r\n <p>Scholarships offered through the Platform (if any) are subject to specific eligibility rules and may be adjusted or withdrawn at the sole discretion of College Disha. Recipients may be required to provide supporting documentation and to follow specific admission\/fee payment processes for scholarship disbursement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h3>14.2 Contests & Spin-The-Wheel (Example)<\/h3>\r\n <p>Contests that require participation via the Platform must be entered according to the contest instructions. College Disha may verify eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent or do not comply with the contest rules. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless specified.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"reviews\">\r\n <h2>15. Reviews & User-Generated Content<\/h2>\r\n <p>We may provide features that allow users to post reviews, ratings, testimonials, photos, videos and other content (\u201c<strong>User Content<\/strong>\u201d) to the Platform. By submitting User Content you grant College Disha a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such User Content across the Platform and in marketing materials.<\/p>\r\n <p>You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that such submission does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. College Disha may remove or refuse to publish User Content at its sole discretion.<\/p>\r\n <p><strong>Reviewer Compensation:<\/strong> If the Platform offers monetary compensation for reviews, such compensation will be subject to eligibility rules (for example, verification via consistent contact details and UPI ID), payment limits, and College Disha\u2019s right to withhold payment where fraud, abuse or non-compliance is suspected.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"privacy\">\r\n <h2>16. Privacy<\/h2>\r\n <p>Our collection and use of personal information is described in our <a href=\"\/privacy-policy\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. Suspension & Termination<\/h2>\r\n <p>College Disha reserves the right, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to block or suspend your access to the Platform, or to terminate these Terms and your access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unlawful conduct.<\/p>\r\n <p>Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"data-retention\">\r\n <h2>19. Eligibility<\/h2>\r\n <p>The Platform is intended for persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are under the age required by law in your jurisdiction to form such contracts you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements in your jurisdiction.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"registration\">\r\n <h2>4. Registration & Login<\/h2>\r\n <p>Certain features of the Platform require registration. Application Form, Admissions & College Interfaces<\/h2>\r\n <p>The Platform may allow you to apply to colleges and partner institutions using online application forms and related services. You acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of any application data; College Disha is not responsible for errors or omissions you make in application forms.<\/li>\r\n <li>Admission decisions are made solely by the partner colleges\/institutions; College Disha does not guarantee admission.<\/li>\r\n <li>Where document uploads are required you must ensure files are accurate, legible and complete; incorrect or missing documentation may lead to rejection by the partner institution.<\/li>\r\n <li>You will retain all reference IDs, transaction IDs and receipts provided during application and payment for future reference.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <p>College Disha may charge fees for application support, convenience charges, or other service fees, which will be disclosed prior to purchase. College Disha reserves the right to modify its fee schedule.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"fees-refund\">\r\n <h2>9. Fees, Payments & Refunds<\/h2>\r\n <p>Payments for services on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment you agree to the payment gateway's terms and conditions. College Disha is not responsible for payment gateway failures, delays or errors.<\/p>\r\n <p><strong>Refunds:<\/strong> Refunds (if any) will be governed by College Disha's Refund Policy available at <a href=\"\/refund-policy\">\/refund-policy<\/a>. Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, partner institution rules, and timing. College Disha reserves the right to adjust fees and to determine refunds in its sole discretion consistent with applicable laws.<\/p>\r\n <p>You must keep your transaction ID and payment receipt safe; College Disha may request these when processing refund or dispute claims.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"links\">\r\n <h2>10. Links to Other Sites<\/h2>\r\n <p>The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by College Disha. We provide such links for convenience only. College Disha is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or legality of any third-party site. Disclaimer of Warranty<\/h2>\r\n <p>THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED \"AS IS\" AND \"AS AVAILABLE\" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.<\/p>\r\n <p>COLLEGE DISHA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"liability\">\r\n <h2>12. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\r\n <p>TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLEGE DISHA, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.<\/p>\r\n <p>IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF COLLEGE DISHA FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO COLLEGE DISHA IN THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"indemnity\">\r\n <h2>13. Indemnity<\/h2>\r\n <p>You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless College Disha, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees) arising out of or relating to:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>Your use of the Platform;<\/li>\r\n <li>Your breach of these Terms;<\/li>\r\n <li>Your violation of any third-party rights;<\/li>\r\n <li>Your violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations; or<\/li>\r\n <li>Claims resulting from your submissions, reviews or content on the Platform.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"contest-scholarship\">\r\n <h2>14. Contests, Scholarships & Promotions<\/h2>\r\n <p>From time to time we may run contests, offers, scholarships or promotions (\u201c<strong>Promotions<\/strong>\u201d) on the Platform. College Disha may verify eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent or do not comply with the contest rules. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless specified.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"reviews\">\r\n <h2>15. Reviews & User-Generated Content<\/h2>\r\n <p>We may provide features that allow users to post reviews, ratings, testimonials, photos, videos and other content (\u201c<strong>User Content<\/strong>\u201d) to the Platform. By submitting User Content you grant College Disha a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such User Content across the Platform and in marketing materials.<\/p>\r\n <p>You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that such submission does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. College Disha may remove or refuse to publish User Content at its sole discretion.<\/p>\r\n <p><strong>Reviewer Compensation:<\/strong> If the Platform offers monetary compensation for reviews, such compensation will be subject to eligibility rules (for example, verification via consistent contact details and UPI ID), payment limits, and College Disha\u2019s right to withhold payment where fraud, abuse or non-compliance is suspected.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n <section id=\"privacy\">\r\n <h2>16.
